Delivery Policy
Orders are usually dispatched next day if received before 1PM UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), except Sundays. Orders are sent by DHL, and are delivered within 6-9 days.
Delay in shipping Policy
we cannot anticipate delays due to custom clearance. Such delays will only be notified if shipment is delayed for over one week. If incorrect or defective merchandise is received, we will reship the merchandise.
Refund Policy
You have right to return unopened/ sealed/empty Dermatint Oil within 15 days, and have a refund provided that.
- The packing should return to us.
- Shipping charges or non-refundable.
- A 15% handling charges will be charged.
- The cost of the returning goods) oil shall be your responsibility. Upon receipt of returned goods to our
business address, the calculated refund will be issue to the originality credit card holder/payee’s a/c.
